We Bring It to you!
We take special care to ensure your food is safely and coolly transported to you! Your food goes straight from our refrigerators into coolers and highly insulated bags.
Your meals will be freshly-prepared shortly before delivery. Our deliveries are made every Monday afternoon between 12:00 pm- 5:30. You will receive a text approximately 15-30 minutes before delivery, and another when it has arrived.
All orders travel in our insulated delivery bags with ice packs but will be left by your door OUT of insulated bags and should be stored in a refrigerator in a timely manner.
Not going to be home? Read below to see all available options for how we can still deliver your food.
Because of our priority for your food safety, there are several options for receiving deliveries when you are not home:
1) You can purchase our Delivery Bag Service from our menu.
Delivery Bag Service
Black, insulated tote bag and 6 ice packs. Once you purchase this, save the ice and bag. Refreeze the ice and leave it outside your home every Monday and we will drop your food off in the bag. This is a one-time fee, you will not have to purchase this week after week!
We will leave your food outside your door in an insulated bag with ice packs. For each week that you order, we ask that you freeze the ice packs and leave them outside with your bag. We will place your food in the bag and it is safe for hours! If you choose to stop ordering with us, the bag is yours to keep.
2) Leave out a cooler and ice packs for us, and we will fill it with your food!
The cooler needs to be large enough to receive our containers which are approximately 9” by 7” each.
3) Purchase a one-use delivery bag from our menu.
One-Time Use Delivery Bag
Insulated bag perfect for one-time users, and for people who may normally be home to receive deliveries. Delivery Bags with no ice will keep food safe and cool for up to 2 hours.
This option is also available to purchase with 4 ices if the client will not be home for a few more hours.
We will leave your food outside your door in the insulated bag.
If we do not see a cooler or have been contacted by you we will leave it outside for your immediate collection.
In addition, we also offer FREE pickup at one location from 5-7 PM on Monday. Swing by and pick up your food on your way home!
